First, I have to say that this piece is amazing. The detail you put into the shading and the features is spectacular. My favorite portion, and the most well done, to me, is the hair. You can see each individual strand, which must have taken an extraordinarily long time to accomplish.
I only have one thing I can really see that need improvement. The right eye, while behind the hair, looks a little odd. It doesn't have quite the same detail as the other eye, which makes it look odd in comparison. Just try making them a bit more even in style.
Other than that, an amazing piece of art. I love it. Great job.
WOW, you really deserve to be critiqued. I love how you took your time and made Vincent look so realistic. Beautiful technique in your tones, shading and blending. Not only does his entire face capture me but it's all in his eyes, you make his mysterious face so natural and has to draw the audience in.
Wonderful job all together by bringing him to life from his hair, nose, lips and of course clothing. This movie was a great one and by you drawing this makes it such a great joy to watch it again on repeat. Huge impact indeed!
Excellent drawing Sir or Madame. I am deeply impressed. Also, the fan-boy in me compels me to say: FFVII was my favourite game in boyhood. I still have fond memories, and Sephiroth's themetrack is still in the back of my mind. As is the suspense of "getting" Vincent.
Sir , Thank you its an old drawing of mine, really liked working on his facial expression. I must admit the FF series as a whole is very inspiring, the artistic masterminds behind all the concept art are phenomenal
Nice picture. i feel that that there should be more values in the folds of the clothes though, perhaps push your darks alittle, sometimes you have to adjust things because you know that they are darker or lighter than they are in a picture
Nice details, that make your pictures outstanding, boy! I'm only missing the contrast beetween white and black. Use the white of the paper and the black of the pencil (get really good black with an B7 pencil )
